Some side comments
# The ASF don't want to be distributing cryptography libraries; the design has
to address that distribution model.
# HADOOP-9565 proposes a {{BlobStore}} extending FileSystem to let users know
that the FS doesn't have the semantics of a real filesystem -for blobstore
security we'd need the same marker, so apps using a wrapped blobstore will know
that some operations are non-atomic and potentially O(files)
