Hey Uma,
As this is intended to be user documentation, I think the statement is correct.
The point was to call it out separately from normal inode metadata, which the
user can modify and is interpreted by the system. Since users can't modify
anything in system or security, nothing they modify in the user namespace is
interpreted by the system.
