I have separated libhdfs3 source code into 12 subtasks and create 3 others to
fix the issue pointed by [~cmccabe].
It is difficult to divide libhdfs3 source code into several parts very clean,
so some tasks may refer the source code in other subtasks. But anyway, it is
much easier to review.
Would you please review the code and give some comments? Thanks in advance.
