I started off with a cluster of 8 nodes and did some benchmarks. Now I wanted to see how my application scales and decided to decommission 6= nodes an run the same benchmarks. That went quite fast and worked fine. (I did the same benchmark on 4 nodes already, before I discovered the decom= mission feature) Now I want to do the same benchmark on a single node, so I did the same pro= cedure as I did before: excluding one node, refreshing the data nodes, look at the decommission in = progress message. This time however the decommission process does not seem = to finish. I already decreased the replication number of the file to 1. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be? Best, Will
