Follow-up Comment #1:
This is working for me. I requested an imaging test, generated results, added
image, and saved the results. Then I opened the imaging results -- everything
good. I added an attachment to the patient from the imaging result. Then I
followed the bug report and opened the attachments on the patient, and the
attachment was listed and displayed properly. For clarification, the Patient >
Attachment functionality is not an imaging result necessarily. You can attach
documents/images/etc. to the patient as needed. The imaging result
functionality is distinct from that. Anyways, I could not reproduce. Closing
for now, hopefully won't reappear. Thanks though!
