Follow-up Comment #4:
Pushed a new commit that adds diseases to the HEART group. I added rheumatic,
ischaemic, and other heart problems (like arrhythmias). That is, 'direct'
heart problems, not things like hypertension. Can always add more diseases,
but there is a VASCULAR catch-all group that subsumes the HEART category.
I renamed the data file in order to simplify the import, so the commit is
huge:
