Details:
Due to the change to timedelta on patient age, the age for the patient needs
to be formatted in a human readable fashion.
Additionally, the value for ptthe age should display the age of the patient at
the moment of the prescription, and not the current age, as we do in many
other reports.
At this point we will only show the patient date of birth.
