Details:
>> In Institutions form, On selecting Type as Specialized Hospital, specialty
field becomes required .
>> In model "gnuhealth.institution" field 'main_specialty' becomes readonly if
id<0.
>> If want to save Institution form with Type as Specialized Hospital, then it
is generating warning as "The field "specialty" is required on Institutions".
>> It should not become readonly on selecting Type as Specialized Hospital
