Details:
This task is proposed because the Vagrant script become very outdated to
against the several modifications in the standard installation procedures,
evidenced these thanks to the contribution in testing [1] by «Carlos Eduardo
Sotelo Pinto».
The intention is to adapt the script provided by «David Routhieau» to work
for purposes of testing the development version (default branch) of GNU
Health.
