Details:
There have been several requests for including the crypto functionality for
the lab result model.
So we will include it :)
As in for other crypto-enabled documents (evaluations, prescriptions), the lab
result will include hash, signing professional and GPG digital signature.
Also, fields will become read-only upon approval / signature of the result.
