Details:
PyWebDAV3-GNUHealth has been ported for Python 3.6 . However, there are
several GNU/Linux distributions that still use Python 3.4.
PyWebDAV3-GNUHealth 0.10.1 has issues with string -> byte casting, leading to
malfunction / tracebacks using the current code.
We should be able to make it run in both Python 3.6.x and Python 3.4.x
