Khurram has suggested in this debate
(https://lists.gnu.org/archive/html/health/2018-02/msg00000.html) to include
the functionality of creating a patient health condition from the evaluation,
when the health professional deems it necessary.
I think is a great idea, and it will save time for the health professional, so
we will work on this for upcoming 3.4.
