Follow-up Comment #1:
The appointments can now be created and modified from the caldav client.
Steps :
* It creates the caldav event
* If the patient ID is supplied in the summary (first word), it checks for it
on the patient index. If it exists, then it creates the appointment related to
it.
* The remainder / suffix of the summary it will be introduced in the
appointment comment field, along with the description coming from the
description in the caldav client event.
* The health professional is also automatically included, based on the event's
calendar owner.
* Dates are also associated to the appointment, provided from the event.
