Generally, python libraries / packages are not pinned in GNU Health. There are
some exceptions (beren, apiron...) that required specific versions, due to
compatibility issues with Python version or GH packages.
vobject has been subject of issues in previous versions with the GH caldav /
webdav packages. If the problem is now solved, we could remove the pinning in
4.0.3 patchset, that will be released ASAP.
