[Health-dev] health_services v4.0.3 - misspelled module name

Hi everyone,
     There are several misspelled module name on health_services.py on the
health_services v4.0.3 module.
     Where there is a *health_service.msgxxxx* it should be
*health_services.msgxxxx*.
