This screenshot shows the the functionality.
You can check all the individual products and categories (mutually exclusive)
per insurance plan.

In the next version, we could have a form that could show "Insurance Plan
policy lines", instead of showing them individually. It's more of a cosmetic
thing, but let me know your thoughts.
Please let me know if we should apply a "global" discount, regardless of the
product / category ... or if this functionality should be managed outside.
