[Health-dev] health_pediatrics_growth_charts_who - Misspelled reports

Hi,
    There is a typo on the reports. There are all defined as *.odt and it
should be as *.fodt on health_pediatrics_growth_charts_who_report.xml.
    For example:
(...)
<field
name="report">health_pediatrics_growth_charts_who/report/bmi_for_age.odt</field>
(....)
should be
(...)
<field
name="report">health_pediatrics_growth_charts_who/report/bmi_for_age.fodt</field>
(...)
