I have always trascribed these types of titles as they appear in a standard,vocalized Tanakh. If I find the source of such a title in a concordance, I will then go to the verse and transcribe/romanize the title for the catalog record as it appears in the Tanakh.. In this case I would have transcribed the title of the journal Yod'e vinah. Others?.
