Please find attached a draft letter in support of continuing development of the Bibliography of the Hebrew Book.
I'm interested in feedback from all of you (some have given it already), but in order to send a letter in the name of the R&S Cataloging Committee, I would need approval from the majority of its voting members. According to my records, current voting members are: Aaron Taub, Marlene Schiffman, Joan Biella, and Steve Bernstein, and myself.
I'm copying Peggy Pearlstein on this in case she feels the R&S division as a whole should be involved.
I know Elhanan is anxious to hear back from us, so please let me know what you think (and/or cast your vote) as soon as possible.
