Shalom מקלגים, I have relied most of my romanization life on Even-Shoshan, Alkali, and לוח השמות, לוח הפעלים and for words like קוקטיל Rav-milim/Melingo Morfix.
And קוקטיל does appears in my copy of Alkalay that I have had since the 1960s-- (I don't have a copy ot E̲S at home to check)but I would assume it is there as well). I am certain though that the Academy is not interested foreign loan words as part of their mission...... no three letter "שורש" found in foreign loan words.
