My efforts to identify it have also been complicated by the absence of digitized copies of the earliest editions for comparison. This volume comes from the Taube‑Baron Collection held at Stanford University Libraries. The copy in hand appears to incorporate text from multiple sources, and the pagination is irregular. I have attached several images illustrating where the pagination shifts.
