for the moment, I'll just link the people to the user guide. But I'll discuss this with the Appia team find a way to workaround this.
No, i tried your updates (without changing my hosts.file), and the problem occurs again. This doesn't workaround the dns-problem. But like i said, adding proper dns-entries at dns-server or hosts-file solves all the problem.
