I'm afraid there's not enough context for me to figure out what's going on. Is
it possible for you to paste a) your full Heka config (scrubbed of any
sensitive info, of course) and b) the full source code of your custom sandbox
filter? If you can, I'll take a look and see if I can point you in the right
direction.

Did the cbuf change recently? I'm running heka 0.10.0.
