The mainline now contains Maurizio's aparatus for efficient setup of guard pages for chosen address space areas. lp:~jakub/helenos/mm now contains both Maurizio's changes and also an early prototype of the non-pre-reserving anonymous backend. In my mm branch, I already switched fibril stacks to used both new features. Seems to work fine on ia32, on amd64 it even reveals some previously hidden stack overflows. Perhaps you want to become an early adopter? Jakub _______________________________________________ HelenOS-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.modry.cz/cgi-bin/listinfo/helenos-devel
