Hi folks,
since the final microkernel devroom schedule at FOSDEM 2013 was
announced recently [1], it is perhaps the best time for the final
organization of the HelenOS team participation.
Please let me know (preferably in a private email) no later than on
Sunday January 6th 2013 whether you definitively plan to go to FOSDEM.
Please also specify whether you can come only if all/some of your travel
expenses will be covered or whether you are willing to cover your own
costs. We will try to allocate our funds accordingly.
The initial plan is to fly in a group from Prague to Brussels on Friday
February 1st and return on Monday February 4th. Czech Airlines appear to
be the cheapest airliner (for a non-stop flight). That implies three
nights in a hotel (of a category similar to the last year) If you have
any other preferences (arrival and departure date/time, source
location), please specify. Also please specify whether you plan to take
somebody with you (for any possible group discounts).
To kick it off, I will definitively go to FOSDEM, my preferences match
the plan described above (not surprising :)), I am ready to cover my
travel expenses myself and my partner will join me.
