So I chose Ticket #43
OK, just note that fixing the ticket #43 in HelenOS mainline is somewhat pointless if the system is running in the GUI mode with the compositor (because there are individual terminal windows).
Nevertheless, the ticket is still valid in HelenOS mainline if running in text mode (with the "console" server), e.g. on IA-32 without the framebuffer support, but with EGA text mode support.
1) Can you please guide me that how can i assign this ticket to myself for resolving this?
Login to Trac, go to the ticket, expand the "Modify Ticket" section, select the "accept" assign and submit the changes.
2) who will mentor me for this bug?
Whoever has currently the time to do so. We are a community-driven open source project, not a company.
