I think we should plan this for August or September, with a special bonus week between September 6 - September 12 when the camp can be wife-and-children-free (at least partially) from my side.
September 6 - 12 is OK for me. Your wife didn't cause troubles, but your children were a bit distracting :-), therefore I would definitively vote for these dates.
What about the venue? Sumava was nice last time and I wouldn't mind going to the same place for the second time (it's a kind of tradition to use the same venues at least twice). But I am also not against trying out the other ideas (Tatra Mountains, Bohemian Switzerland, Brdy, etc.).
