It is with great pleasure that I announce the successful defense of my thesis. (On the last meeting, I mistook the date, sorry.)
I will provide a redistributable copy of the text soon, possibly with additional figures and errata. In a few days, I will also start discussing the way parts of my work can be merged into mainline. Right now, however, I need to rest. :) -- Jirka Z.
