I'm getting MemoryError when accessing trac, could someone (MartinD?) please check the amount of available memory on the server?
The amount of memory on the server is fine. Unfortunately, the trac FastCGI process suffers from small memory leaks that build up over time until it hits the wall (an ulimit address space limit).
The trac process should get restarted automatically, thus the problem should be gone after a while (just try hitting refresh). I have a much cleaner and proactive solution using cgroups already implemented, but I am unable to find enough time to properly debug and deploy it.
That having said, if you happen to encounter this or any other problem on the web for a longer duration of time (say for an hour), please still let me know. It might be unrelated to this.
