From the ARM hardware point of view you need to study the relevant CPU
and system manuals to understand how to configure and drive the
multiprocessor environment. Since you didn't provide any details about
your target platform, we cannot provide you with any more specific pointers.
From the HelenOS point of view, examine the directories
kernel/generic/src/smp and the SMP directories in kernel/arch/* of the
platforms that currently have SMP support. This should give you an idea
what is needed to be implemented.
