The smtp_always_cc setting in trac.ini was set to helenos-tickets@ which makes sense, but not for verification emails. Hopefully fixed after the cgi scripts fetch the new configuration.
The trouble is that without this setting, newly created tickets do not send notifications to the HelenOS-tickets mailing list, rendering it basically useless.
