I originally thought that I was using the wrong image - boot method
combination, but this issue is the same both when booting using uboot
and directly as kernel.img in the root of the boot partition. There is
apparently something wrong with accessing the ram disk.
When testing, I also noticed there is no audio on amd64/ia32:

Btw. Why is the next milestone marked as 0.11.1. Are we skipping 0.10.x?
Any particular reason? (e.g.superstitious ^_^).
Because 2021 - 2010 = 11. There was no release last year, which would be
0.10, so this year we need to release 0.11.
