I suggest you clone the HelenOS repo on GitHub (or any other Git service you prefer) first and start working on your implementation there. You can even create a draft pull request on GitHub if you like to track your change.
Once you have at least some rudimentary code, we will create an account on the HelenOS web site for you. Would that be acceptable?
