unixodbc and yy_flush_buffer (2.0)

Hi, i'm trying to build unixodbc-2.2.11 with bison-2.0. i worked around 
for YY_FLUSH_BUFFER macro, but the symbol itself is not defined.

everyone say, "don't use newer bison-s" but i would like to do it, and 
patch unixodbc acordingly.

can you give me any hit to solve this issue?
