Nothing wrong with time on our system, but still: The bison package happens to be very sensitive for (I guess) slightly in the untar process. This trick helped: just after untar, do in the bison-2.X directory: touch -t `date +%Y%m%d%H%M` `find -type f` to give all files exactly the same stamp. That does the trick!
