I have this inside my RPM spec file.
(pretty sure the whole thing is stored in the email archives sometime
around March)
./configure BERKELEY_DB_LIB="-ldb" \
--prefix=%{_prefix} \
--mandir=%{_prefix}/man \
--with-berkeleydb=/usr --with-openssl=/usr/linux
(The AIX-provided "Toolbox" RPMs install symlinks that will make all of
that work)
