While building from trunk, I got a warning from ./configure:
./configure: line 14956: test: =: unary operator expected
The line in question is this:
if test $WITH_SQL = 1; then
Basically, the WITH_SQL variable isn't properly initialized. Here's a
trivial patch to configure.ac to fix this:
