my if_elapsed in bundle update is meanwhile replaced by "action => immediate"
(again)
in the other bundles it is refering to the "body action if_elapsed(x)" from
cfengine_stdlib.cf ...
I will (have to ;-) investigate this issue and will come back with either a
solution (meaning found my config error ;-) or your proposed reduced code to
reproduce the effect...

We used to do that with cfengine2 some years ago on a regular base ("they"
meanwhile configure a whole KDE Desktop infrastruktur with it) so I thought
cfengine3 would be god for it too, and until now it works superb.
And just out the cfengine files one got a readable documentation of the whole
net configuration...

Don't tell me I have to build me a perl-machine to do the file_editing :-(
And there are obviously several values I need to take care of in most of the
observed files.
If I would want to just copy files than puppet might be sufficient, but just
copying (better svn checkout) I was planing to use just for some configuration
like bind or dhcp...
???
