Forum: Cfengine Help Subject: Display a running promise's scope in verbose mode? Author: jgreer Link to topic: https://cfengine.com/forum/read.php?3,19216,19216#msg-19216
Is there a way to get cf-agent to display the scope causing a particular promise to fire? Verbose mode will indicate the scope for which a promise was skipped, like so: cf3 Skipping whole next promise (/var/cfengine/bin/cf-key), as context !have_ppkeys is not relevant I have run into cases in which it would have been helpful to see the positive-match context for a promise - is that doable?
