environment => { "DEBIAN_FRONTEND=noninteractive","HOME=/root"

}

PS: For anybody tempted to solve this with the "--defaults-extra-file=" option:
that doesn't seem to work with mysqldump:
mysqldump: unknown variable 'defaults-extra-file=/root/.my.cnf'
