In the meantime, you might want to do something like;
replace_patterns:
"DUMPADM_SAVDIR=(?!/var/crash/$(sys.host)).*"
replace_with => value("DUMPADM_SAVDIR=/var/crash/$(sys.host)");
"DUMPADM_CONTENT=(?!kernel).*"
replace_with => value("DUMPADM_CONTENT=kernel");
"DUMPADM_ENABLE=(?!yes).*"
replace_with => value("DUMPADM_ENABLE=yes");
