I just installed svn version 2530 from svn and have problem with updateting
cfengine3.
When our old binary is running in WORKDIR. I get this error:

The new binaries are installed in /usr/sbin. It will not update the old
binaries. The binaries are not static built. Maybe updating the version
number of the libpromises library? Or is this another problem?
