Subject: Install "ntp" == "Try to install ntp.*!"

Who knew such a simple thing could be made so complex? I asked for the "ntp"
package to be installed. CFEngine 3.2.0 is doing no such thing. If anyone has
a clue and cares to share, I'd love to hear it.
