You could get them through an intermediate array built using implicit looping.
Something like this (untested):
"hostnames" slist => getindices("servers");
"ip_array[$(hostnames)]" string => "$(servers[$(hostnames)][1])";
"ip_slist" slist => getvalues("ip_array");
