Finally I managed it!!! :)
Now I'm gonna share my success with you, who tried to help me!
In the tomcat configuration file apachetomcat_directory/conf/web.xml you MUST
add
<init-param>
<param-name>executable</param-name>
<param-value></param-value>
</init-param>
Otherwise he takes the default parameter, which is perl and tries to execute
perl.
