Just upgraded to 22.2.1 from 21.x and I'm running into a browse-url
problem. I can see that this has been reported as a big already
(google search of gnu.emacs.bugs) but I can't figure out if a bug #
has been assigned and if there's been a fix or not.

Emacs: 22.2.1
OS: XP Pro SP2

Run: emacs -q

Eval these two lines:

  (setq browse-url-firefox-program "C:/Program Files/Mozilla
Firefox/firefox.exe")
  (setq browse-url-browser-function 'browse-url-firefox)

(adjust the first one as necessary for your path)

Then:

M-x browse-url<RET>http://www.google.com

If I debug `browse-url-firefox' it works fine (a single tab); if I
don't, I get two tabs. It's driving me crazy.....

Thanks!
