GLPK is licensed under GPL. Unfortunately your sources http://yoyovicks.blog.free.fr/public/glpksharp/glpk4.34/GlpkSharp_exp.zip come without any license information. If you license your wrapper under GPL too, please add the following file http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt and a notice in your sources, LisezMoi.txt, and/or ReadMe.txt.
