I'm trying to port a windows application that uses OML from KETRON to linux
using glpk. OML has the following functionality which is used in the app:
A Basis Can be saved and restored into a file.
OML provides two formats one is proprietary called MPSIII and the other is
PUNCH.

Does glpk provide this same functionality. (The format is irrelevant as far
as I can tell.)

Thanks.
