Subject: issues installing rglpk with ruby

hello. (Thanks in advance for any advice)
I am currently trying to implement RGLPK with the GLPK....i have
installed the glpk using the direct windows installer (which installs to
C:\Program Files...etc...
...however, i am having an issues installing hte RGLPK from CMD prompt,
i get this error:
C:/Ruby192/bin/ruby.exe extconf.rb
checking for main() in -lglpk... no
ERROR: Cannot find the GLPK library, aborting.
*** extconf.rb failed ***
Could not create Makefile due to some reason, probably lack of
necessary libraries and/or headers. Check the mkmf.log file for more
details. You may need configuration options.
