Is there a minor-mode/extension that can do clever things with conditional preprocessor expressions like #if ??? or #ifdef ??? in c-mode? such as - syntax-highlighting/greying-out of "#if 0"-regions - folding/unfolding of "#ifdef-#endif"-regions - strip-away "#ifdef-#endif"-regions given the definition of associated preprocessor variable-names.
